HPEMcarstop is a compact, autonomous and mobile HPEM source mounted at the rear of a vehicle. The rearward radiation of short electromagnetic pulses affects the electronic control units of an overtaking target car. As a consequence, the engine stops and the target vehicle coasts down without endangering other road users.

A variety of smoke agents provide rapid protection for soldiers and vehicles. The Floating Smoke Pot provides effective cover for land assault forces in amphibious operations in the visual and IR ranges. Vehicles and armored platforms equipped with an appropriate launcher can be protected effectively by means of the pyrotechnical 76mm smoke grenades. The chemicals used are harmless for human beings and the environment.

The use of IR decoys is another effective measure to protect air vehicles against guided weapons with IR seeker. The attacking guided missile is deflected from the actual target by the heat radiated during decoy burning. The decoys shown have been specifically developed for the Bundeswehr‘s new long-range maritime patrol aircraft.
